Jane is an amazing agent! She went above and beyond anything I could have ever expected in an agent. She always had our best interest in mind from start to finish and was extremely accommodating of all of our requests. Jane has a vast knowledge of multiple real estate scenarios and was able to run us through many options. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell a home.

Jane is a closer! Her advice about staging and inspections was spot on. Throughout contract negotiation and escrow she was focused and proactive right up through closing. I recommend Jane very highly!

I would highly recommend Jane Cresswell!!! Jane help me buy my first home last year, it was my first time to buy all on my own and Jane was there for me every step of the way. She helped me with everything from a lender to insurance and even after we closed Jane was still there to help me with any questions or any assistance I needed.
So when my son and my brother were looking to buy their first home I recommended Jane, She took amazing care of them as well, to make sure that they were able afford the house they loved, (not just sell them a house), She found them both houses they loved and can afford! They are both closing on their houses this week! ❤️ Needless to say My family would recommend Jane hands down.

Jane is competent and efficient she does what she says she is going to do. She is friendly and helpful and available pretty much all of the time. She is tenacious and makes stuff happen and does not back away when tough messages have to be delivered. I would wholeheartedly recommend her.

Jane was our Redfin Partner agent. She went above and beyond her defined roles as the realtor of the property we purchased. She was quick in the mind enough to put things in place to protect our interests! Whew! Otherwise that would have been a large amount of money and opportunities down the drain. She is very assertive, highly efficient, and so knowledgeable about the industry that it only benefitted her clients. We can only be really glad that this great lady was on our side. Today, we have gotten to move-in into a pretty desirable neighborhood here in Pleasanton, CA. All totally thanks to Jane Cresswell.

Jane is such a pleasure to work with. She is very professional and very knowledgeable with the market. She is also very patient as it took me months to find the right property for me. As a first time buyer, she has definitely gone above and beyond to help me out with my purchase. She is even still helping me with things/details even after I closed!

When you want an agent who has your back, you need Jane Cresswell. Not only will she know your needs and how to get you the property of your dreams, but she will also motivate the buyer/seller on the other side of the transaction in order to close with minimal problems.
Jane helped me find my property and knew exactly what to do each step along the way. We had looked at several properties and when the right one finally came along... we closed it!
You need to have Jane on your team.

Jane handled this out-of-area listing for me and her marketing style really impressed me. Within 18 hours of hiring her over the phone, she met me at the property, had the sign up, and the marketing in place, we were in contract in one week. Jane knew of marketing tools the local agents did not even know about. She is high-tech and social media friendly and has the support staff to get the job done. She is all about getting results and happy clients. Thank you Jane!

Jane helped me sell my home and purchase a new home. While selling my home went fairly smoothly, purchasing a new one was quite a struggle, not only because the market was extremely competitive, but because my chosen lender was atrocious and caused us immense challenges throughout the process. Jane helped me navigate the entire ordeal successfully and shielded me from as much nonsense from the lender as possible. She worked day and night and while out of town to help me be successful. She is one of a kind and there is no one I would recommend over Jane for any real estate needs anywhere in the entire bay area!

Jane was very experienced, professional, capable, and timely. She thought ahead about issues that might come up so we already had them addressed before the buyer had a chance to run into them. I was living remotely at the time so she made sure I did all the necessary E-signing, and arranged for the closing notary to come to me with no fuss. I've bought and sold a few homes before and this was far-and-away the smoothest and simplest process I've ever been a part of.
I would work with Jane again in a heartbeat. She's truly a joy to work with.

Jane was a marvel. Our daughter had died, and Jane handled the sale of her condo without our having to do anything. We were out of town most of the time, and she was able to do everything either by phone or internet. It was so much easier for us.

This is weird reviewing a person.... who works for a company but here you go its all about the person.
I have a good friend who sells real estate, he would send me out with a sheet of listings on my own to look at property. He CLEARLY had not even looked at them himself and was not guiding me at all but sending me on a wild goose chase. He wasted a lot of my time and didn't help me a bit.
My own sister sells real estate and she has only halfheartedly pointed me one way or another as I am not in sufficient price range for her to take any real interest in helping me despite the fact that I am her BROTHER !
Then came Jane.... I met Jane by accident through a mutual acquaintance.
Immediately she started sending me SPECIFIC listings that were very close to what I was looking for based on the most brief description of what I wanted. Clearly she listens ! Something I had not gotten yet from my other sources.
She has boundless energy, how she gets it I don't know and knowledge of the market that the other people I have worked with just don't come close to possessing.
I simply can't say enough about her skills, attitude and professionalism. She has guided me to others I needed help from such as in the financing side and has solved problems for me that the other agents I'd worked with didn't even see coming.
Is Jane Prescient ? I don't know but it seems so.
I can't say enough about her other than to say if you are tired of the lack of pride in workmanship in America, its not dead... its here in Jane Myrenget !
If you are thinking of buying a home, do yourself a favor and call Jane, I'd bet you'll soon be owning one.

Jane represented me in my purchase of a condo in Walnut Creek. Not only did Jane stay the course when things got a little funky with HOA management and financing, but she was always responsive and available to talk through an issue. A big plus with Jane is her extensive knowledge of people in the trades, and where to get the best products at the best prices for your new home if you are renovating. She set me up with a mortgage broker who was great at finding a loan for me. My experience with Jane was terrific, and yours will be too.
Finding Jane was one of the best things for my husband and I. As first time homebuyers it can be a bit chaotic since you are learning as you go, but Jane made the whole process as smooth as possible. She was always willing to answer a text or email, was always on top of contacting properties we were interested in, and was a fighter in trying to get us the place we wanted. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for your dream home and want someone who will be with you every step of the way!
